Make it with Maker
Turn materials into equipment, refine gems, and make Monster Crystals.
Your first craft
Choose your recipe
Select a category and item. Hover over ingredients to see their names and check the owned/required counts. Meet the recipe’s job, character level, and Maker level requirements, and leave inventory space for the result.
Create and confirm
Add any optional gems or matching stimulator, then click Create. Check the exact meso fee and confirm. Wait about five seconds for crafting; the result appears in chat and your inventory updates.
Closing the window during preparation cancels an unsent craft. Once the request has been sent, closing it does not undo the craft.
Gems, stimulators, and godly items
Drag strengthening gems from your ETC inventory into the available gem slots. The recipe determines how many you can use. Drag the matching stimulator into its slot, or click the slot to select it. Click a selected enhancement or right-click it to remove it. Enhancements increase the fee shown at confirmation.
Stimulators can fail: there is a 10% failure chance. A failed craft consumes the materials, enhancements, and meso fee without producing equipment.
Yes, crafting can produce godly equipment. Successful crafts using a stimulator get WapleStory’s custom godly roll: 5% by default, configurable by the server. It extends the possible stat bonuses; it does not guarantee maximum stats. Crafts without a stimulator, including those using only gems, do not get this roll.
Other things Maker can do

| Refine gems | Choose a gem recipe and provide the listed ingredients. The result can vary, so leave room for every possible reward. |
| Monster Crystal | Drag a stack of at least 100 matching eligible monster ETC drops into the source slot. One conversion consumes 100. |
| Disassemble | Drag eligible, unequipped equipment into the source slot and check the fee. The equipment is destroyed in exchange for crystals. Locked items cannot be used. |
Example: Blue Dragon Armor
For this warrior overall, you need Maker level 3 and character level 105+. Select Blue Dragon Armor from the equipment recipes and gather:
- 11 × Magic Powder (Blue)
- 22 × Advanced Monster Crystal 1
- 5 × Dragon Spirit
- 5 × Dragon Scale
A plain craft costs 352,000 mesos. You may add up to three eligible strengthening gems and the matching stimulator; check the higher fee before confirming.
If you cannot create an item, check your Maker level, job, ingredients, mesos, and free inventory space. Keep your materials in your inventory until crafting finishes.
